There are two possible causes: |

After the parameters were set in the "Peak Search > Utility > Control Area Pksk" window, they may have not been saved. The parameters are saved by clicking on the "Add to Database" button. To look at the values saved in the database, click on the "Check Table" button. |

In Quantitative Analysis, when the Area Mode is selected, the program will load in the scan parameters at that time. Changes that are made to these scan parameters, using the procedures outlined in Qnt-1, will not be used by the program until the parameters are reloaded. The quickest way to force the software to reload the parameters is to switch from Area Mode to Time Mode and then back again to Area Mode. |
